Naruto Shippuden Is Popular in the Anime & Gaming Communities
Naruto Shippuden is the anime adaptation of Part II of Masashi Kishimoto’s wildly popular Naruto manga. Although the series ended in 2017, it continues to have a presence in the gaming community. In 2021, the popular battle royale title Fortnite did its first collaboration with Naruto Shippuden, releasing character skins for Naruto Uzumaki, Sakura Haruno, Sasuke Uchiha and Kakashi Hatake. A second collaboration called “Naruto Shippuden Rivals” was launched in June of this year, adding more character skins in addition to Naruto-themed accessories and gliders.
HyperX’s Naruto Shippuden collaboration will drop on Sept. 21. Until then, you can hype yourself up for the release by streaming Naruto Shippuden on Hulu. The Naruto manga is available in English from VIZ Media.
